A single prototype is a valid project when the drawing, material and schedule fit the available plan. There is no artificial quantity threshold.
Risks first
We identify access, assembly, fastener and surface-finish questions before the production plan is fixed, so an urgent request does not become a hidden rework cycle.
Records while moving
Progress photos, measurements and production feedback can be shared while decisions still matter, rather than only after the shipment is ready.
About the 72-hour target
It is a practical option for suitable small prototypes after the drawing and requirements are confirmed. It does not apply automatically to large cabinets, special materials, complex weldments or multi-step surface treatment. Those projects receive a clear project-specific schedule.
